Body Building for the Real Man

This article is useful for those who have toyed with the idea of becoming a bodybuilder.  Note that a “bodybuilder” does not mean that you have to compete on stage; instead you could develop a physique like a magazine cover model, anaerobic athlete (baseball, football, wrestling, etc.), or even a physique like a lean powerlifter. 

The comment about getting adequate rest is imperative as most people are sleep deprived.  Be sure to also have adequate amounts of water, especially when you begin more intense weight training.
