Build Up Muscle And Your Mind With Metroflex Gym

This coming Friday night, December 7, Metroflex Gym will hold a powerlifting meet at Metroflex Gym.  The meet starts at 6:30 p.m. and the weigh-in times for all competitors will be from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m.  This is a “Raw” powerlifting meet and the first meet for the new Metroflex Strength Association.  Go to http://www.metroflexgym.com/events.htm to download an entry form and get division and entry fee information.

Metroflex Gym is located at 2921 South Cooper Street in Arlington, Texas.  Following the meet there will be a wild game feast!  So come prepared to compete or cheer on your favorite competitors in what will be a historic first.  And then get ready to feast on wild game afterward!  It will be a fun Friday night and we look forward to seeing you there.
